Bol Bachchan : cheating case to be heard in court today,review..Ajay Devgn and Abhishek Bachchan's new film Bol Bachchan,in Nagpur court

New Delhi: The distribution rights case of Ajay Devgn and Abhishek Bachchan's new film Bol Bachchan will be heard today in a Nagpur court.

The court will hear the arguments of the producers, Ajay Devgn's company Ashtavinayak Cine Vision. The planned July 6 release of the film will depend on the court's decision.

The Nagpur based distributors, Hira Laxmi Amusement, have alleged that Ajay's company dishonoured a deal and refused to return an advance of Rs. 1 crore. They have asked the court to stay the release of the film till the matter is resolved.

Ajay Devgn earlier said he had not cheated anyone. "It is ridiculous. The matter is in court and with the association. He is saying something, we are saying something. So whoever is right, the right thing will be done," Ajay told PTI. (Read: Bol Bachchan rights - Ajay denies cheating distributor)

Bol Bachchan is a romantic-comedy film directed by Rohit Shetty, and starring Abhishek Bachchan, Ajay Devgn, Asin Thottumkal and Prachi Desai in lead roles.

Filmmaker Zoya Akhtar's "Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara" swept the technical awards category with five trophies at the 13th International Indian Film Academy Weekend and Awards.

The winners were announced Friday night at the IIFA Rocks, a fashion and musical night organized a day before the main award ceremony.

walked away with five awards for best editing for Anand Subaya,

The adult film actress who is her own living porn empire slammed into the wrong kind of hard pole this morning as Jenna Jameson was involved in a single car accident when her ride struck a light pole.

Sources with TMZ say that Jameson showed signs of possibly being intoxicated and that cops on the scene initiated a field sobriety test. Jenna was subsequently arrested for misdemeanor suspicion of DUI.

After Twitter exploded with the news, first reported by TMZ, Summer’s family released the following statement:

Early this morning, we lost Donna Summer Sudano, a woman of many gifts, the greatest being her faith. While we grieve her passing, we are at peace celebrating her extraordinary life and her continued legacy. Words truly can’t express how much we appreciate your prayers and love for our family at this sensitive time.
