HPCL deal - oil supply genuinely

Hindustan petrolium ..

Force Motors has entered into an agreement with Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd. (HPCL) for supply of genuine oil to be used in its entire range of automotive aggregates like engine, gearbox and axles.

This agreement, effective from April 1, was signed by Mr. Prasan Firodia, Managing Director, Force Motors Ltd., and Mr. Rakesh Misri, Executive Director, Direct Sales for HPCL.

The deal was signed after extensive trials of genuine oil in various operating conditions of aggregates by both Force Motors and HPCL. The oil is specifically formulated to the Force Motors specifications to further enhance the life and reliability of products across its light commercial, multi-utility, agricultural and personal vehicle segments.

The HP Force Genuine Oils will be distributed to the Force Motors dealers and to the market through the HPCL distributor network.

Coal India Limited estimated at 1200cr: CBI in 2012

"Coal India Ltd (CIL) has identified 56 spill over projects of 11th Plan and 69 new projects for increasing the coal production during the 12th Plan period (2012-17)," an official statement said on Wednesday.

A Presidential directive was issued to Coal India to enter into FSAs with power plants commissioned between April 2009 and December 2011.

Till last week, the PSU had entered into FSA with 14 firms, including Reliance Power's Rosa Power project, Lanco Anpara Power and Bajaj Hindustan.

In April, the Coal Ministry had issued a directive to CIL to commit a minimum of 80 per cent of fuel supply to power producers, failing which it would attract penalty.
