Officials believe he is working in some teaching capacity–perhaps tutoring, or advertising for those services–and has used the alias David Bussone. They are offering up to $100,000 as a reward for information leading to his capture.

The FBI says that Toth has visited Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, and Minnesota since he disappeared form the Washington area in 2008. He was last seen in Phoenix in 2009. The FBI is offering a $100,000 reward for any information that leads to Toth’s arrest. Toth, 30, is 6 feet 3 inches tall and weighs approximately 155 pounds.
